Following a significant investment round and subsequent hyper-growth, AJR was exclusively engaged to expand Dataiku’s Enterprise Sales presence in Northern EMEA. This resulted in 14 hires across the region: RVP Sales (x3), RVP Sales Engineering and Enterprise Account Executives (x11).
AJR were engaged exclusively to scale Quantexa’s international go-to-market presence across Banking, Government, Telco and Insurance. This resulted in 10 Sales leadership hires in UK, Southern Europe, Central Europe, Nordics and US.
Prior to Series A investment, AJR were retained exclusively to hire the go-to-market team for this leading UK start-up (now acquired by Informatica). AJR delivered 26 hires (EMEA & US) across Senior Leadership, Sales, Presales, Marketing and Customer Success
AJR was exclusively retained by Streamsets to expand the go-to-market team into a number of European territories. This included Sales and Presales Leadership in UK, DACH and Southern Europe as well as strategic hires in US. AJR continued to be retained following Streamsets acquisition by Software AG 2022 and was trusted to hire a VP EMEA to lead the newly formed business unit.
Following a $38.5m Series A investment round, Harbr retained AJR exclusively to scale the international go-to-market team and assist with market entry into US and APAC. To date, AJR has successfully sourced a number of hires across Sales, Presales and Customer Support.
AJR has been exclusively retained for strategic searches in EMEA and US. Primary focus to date has been Enterprise Sales and Presales as well as Field CTOs in both regions.
Throughout NuoDB’s exciting journey from Series B to acquisition by Dassault Systems, AJR was the exclusive EMEA recruitment partner. This included hiring the Founding members of the EMEA sales team; VP Sales, VP Sales Engineering as well as Principal-level Customer Success execs.
Following a very successful previous engagement with the incumbent SVP Worldwide Sales, AJR was contracted by Enablon to scale the Global Accounts Team. AJR quickly fulfilled 3x Global Account Director roles in EMEA and US. Subsequently AJR was signed to source a US Director of Sales.
Prior to an incoming Series B funding round, Snowplow wanted to expand their EMEA commercial presence, with a particular focus on UK, DACH and Nordics. AJR was successful retained and completed searches across Sales Leadership and Presales.
